Due to small gaps opening between our long staying guests there is always a possibility for single / double overnighting's.

No fee, but we do accept donations

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your booking without charge up to 14 days prior to your arrival.
If the reservation is cancelled 8-14 days before the date of arrival, we will charge you in the amount of 50% of the total reservation service.
In case of non-arrival or cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, we will charge you in the amount of 80% of the total reservation service.
